Feast for the Streets
2010 marks the 40th Anniversary of Francis House and its vital services to those who suffer poverty in Sacramento.
Please join us at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, April 28th, 2010 for the 19th annual Feast for the Streets food and wine tasting gala at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center. Celebrate fun, fellowship, and community to benefit Francis House services. Start your night with dinner in the grand ballroom, where more than 40 of Sacramento’s best restaurants and caterers will be offering their finest entrees, appetizers, and desserts. Choose from a spread of non-alcoholic beverages, or compliment your meal with a wide variety of wines from local vintners. Come enjoy the Feast with family, friends, and the heart of Sacramento's caring community.
Before, during, and after dinner, place a bid on one of the many fabulous items in the silent auction room. Later on, the live auction led by Gary Wendell will amaze you with vacation opportunities and other excellent prizes. The evening will include special awards for community involvement and the latest news on Francis House. You will see photographs of Francis House clients from Jill Booth Macdonell and enjoy piano interludes by Doug Matson.
All of the proceeds from the Feast for the Streets will go directly to Francis House services. Tickets for the evening are $50 per person, and can be purchased online.
